Meta Michelson, née Fraenkel, born on 12 Aug. 1867 in Stargard, was married to Max Michelson, born on 5 June 1865; the marriage remained childless. Max Michelson worked as a sales representative and earned only a modest income. The couple belonged to the German-Israelitic Community. In 1933, Max and Meta Michelson moved to Rosenheimstrasse 5 in Berlin. Probably Max Michelson died a natural death. Meta Michelson was deported from Berlin to the Theresienstadt Ghetto on 29 July 1942 and from there to the Treblinka extermination camp two months later.
