Kleine Freiheit 58

Esther Voigt was a daughter of A. H. and Debora Caleinar. Her husband Otto Voigt died on April 10th, 1935. Esther was an innkeeper. Before moving to Kleine Freiheit, she had lived in Friedrichstrasse. Until 1937, she was appraised with small – but increasing contributions for the Jewish Community tax. In 1940, she was assigned to forced labor. The deportation list for the transport to the Riga ghetto lists her as a worker.
