James Cohn, born 18 May 1876 in Hamburg, deported 1 Nov. 1941 from Berlin to Lodz, died there 3 Jan. 1942

James Cohn was born on 18 May 1876 in Hamburg. His parents were the broker Joseph Cohn and his wife Reichel Jette, née Striem. Both parents were Jewish. When he was born the family lived at Mühlenstraße 19 in Hamburg.
At the time of his deportation, James Cohn had addresses in both Hamburg and Berlin. He was deported from Berlin to the Lodz Ghetto on 1 November 1941 and died there on 3 January 1942.
